Lisa Anton is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Energy Worker. She graduated from The Colorado School of Healing Arts (720 Hour Massage Therapy Program) with training in a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Integrative, Sports, Neuromuscular and Prenatal.
She is also a Reiki Master and offers a specialized Healing Touch Reiki Massage treatment, combining the two modalities into a transformational experience by tuning up the chakras, clearing blockages and softening up adhesions throughout the body. She also offers a treatment using Himalayan sound bowls on the body, which helps to reduce tension and aids in releasing tight fascia. Great for people suffering from fibromyalgia and similar symptoms. This treatment also can assist with better sleep. Can be a stand-alone service, or combined with massage.
As a Colorado native, she loves spending free time exploring hiking trails with her husband and their dog Luna and traveling in her down time.

An integrative massage with a custom blend of detoxifying pure essential oils, mixed with jojoba oil to release the old and bring in your new intentions of summertime. The use of sound frequencies (like singing bowls, tuning forks, or ambient music) helps shift brainwaves into a more relaxed state, such as alpha or theta, promoting deep calm and reducing stress.

Step into a space where sound and touch come together to guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. This unique session blends therapeutic massage with the healing vibrations of sound therapy — using instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to calm the nervous system and restore balance from within.
The gentle frequencies of sound travels through your body, releasing tension stored deep in the tissues and inviting your entire being into a meditative and restorative state. This immersive experience supports physical, emotional, and energetic harmony, leaving you grounded, renewed, and deeply at peace.

Similar to plant medicine, but this journey takes you there with breathwork alone. You will learn this breathwork technique to trick your mind to go into an altered state that will take you on your unique journey.
You are your own healer and have all of the answers you seek. Each breathwork session is an empowering journey unique to each individual who is ready to release, grow and make positive shifts in their life. We create a safe space with experienced facilitators and limit class sizes for the ultimate experience.
